Motivated, Hard-working culinary student. Graduated high school in May 2009. Began culinary school in January 2011.
I began cooking at a young age. By the time i turned 13 I was changing recipes and reading various cookbooks.
Objective
My goals are to become a chef. My strengths are in baking and pastry, however I am proficient in the culinary arts as well. I expect to become very knowledgeable in my field. Cooking is a passion, a form of art to me.
